Travis' 1951 Mercury (Custom Chop)

This project was completed back in 2016.
Chris: "This was a project that I did while Don's '47 Ford COE, pizza truck was getting painted. Travis wanted 4" taken off of his '51 Mercury and I was just the guy to do it. I had already acquired a '49 Mercury rear window opening for my '51, and have been chomping at the bit to cut one of these my whole life. There has been a million of these chopped, but only a handful have been done correctly. I had my work cut out for me. I started out by taping all of my lines for my cuts. This is a daunting task because I know it's just metal and it could be re-welded, but I really didn't want to re-weld anything. After getting things taped off, I cut the top
